transfering calendar/contacts in personal folders to main calendar

I have been using Outlook for all my contacts, calendar, email etc. I have
started working with a company that uses Microsoft Exchange Server, they have
set me up to operate on their system, however, when they did that it put my
contacts and calendar in a personal folder. This created an entire new main
calendar and contact system, how can I transfer my contacts and calendar from
my personal folder to the main contacts and calendar
