Transfer value from listbox to cell

I am new to using ListBoxes. I have a list box, 'Starthrs' which uses
the row source property to take values from a column off a worksheet.
All I want to do is then transfer the chosen value to another cell on
the same sheet.
But Starthrs.Text does not return the chosen value. What do I need to
do?

Hi Paul

Asumming the Multiselect is not set you can use

Starthrs.Value

It will return the selected value of the BoundColumn which is 1 by
default
