transfer photos from cd to dvd

I burned my photos to two separate cd's. Now I want to burn those photos from
the cd's to a dvd (there is too much data to fit in one cd) How can I do that?

Make a new folder on your hard drive.
Copy the photos on your CDs in this new folder.
Use your Roxio software to copy the photo files from this new folder to a
DVD disc.
