Transfer Out pst files

Purchased a new PC, will be installing my copy of Office 2002, that includes
OUTLOOK 2002, on new PC. Want to Duplicate\Transfer ALL Outlook 2002 data to
NEW PC. What's the easiest method to get all data on NEW PC. Would one way
be to Update\create an Outlook backup.pst file using the Microsoft pfbackup
software and simply copy and paste the Outlook backup.pst file from the old
PC into the NEW PC (in the Same Folder in the New PC as it was in the Old
PC)? Will all data.....all folders...contacts, etc be Transfered into the
New PC (I would end up with an exact Duplicate)?
