Hello: I have just purchased 4 computers for my office. The software
consists of Win XP and Works. So I need to load my current version of
Outlook 2000 on to each of these computers from the four computers that are
being replaced. We use net folders to network the calendar.
Question is how do I move my Outlook from the current computers to the
new ones. Must I do this by reinstalling from the disk? But what of post
office settings, and the calendar appointments past and future (which I
can't lose in the process.) Thanks for your help.

After obtaining licenses for each of the new computers, install Outlook on
them. Then copy the .PST files from each of the old machines to the new
machines. OPen the PST files with Outlook. All messages, contacts, etc.
will be there.
