Transfer FSMO Schema Master

We are trying to transfer the Schema Master from DC1 to DC2. When logged on
to DC2 and using the GUI tools to transfer the Schema Master, the button is
grayed out, effectively not letting us accomplish this. Is there a process
that I am missing? The others allow me to do so? Any help or thoughts would
be appreciated.

Make sure you are in the Schema Admins group. If not, add yourself then log
off and log back onto the server.
