Transfer Bookmarks into IE

I have Firefox browser now with a long list of Bookmarks. I want to switch
over to Internet Explorer and need to know how to transfer my bookmarks.
I have looked under several help links, but I cannot find how to do it from
Firefox.
Does anyone know?
