transfer auto text from windows word

Does anyone know how to transfer window's word "auto text" entries from one
computer to another?
I just bought a new computer with Vista and I would rather avoid retyping
200 autotext entries.

I think it is just a text file in your user acount folder. Ask in in the
Office group and I am sure that somebody there would know the exact
location.
