Training material/methods

Rob Oldfield

I have a new person joining my company in a week or so who I'd like to train
up to be capable of debugging our existing Access dbs. Does anyone have any
ideas/links/resources that they're tried that they could recommend? I
really don't want to spend too much of my own time coming up with material
so any suggestions about third party material or the best way of doing it
would be gratefully received.

For background, he has coded as part of his (previous) job, but principally
asp and scripting in AS400 type stuff. So we're not talking about a
complete beginner to the logic in general, just to VB(A) syntax and ideas.

Is there anything better than the Northwind thing?

Looks to be some good stuff there Jeff (though a couple of the links don't
work). Think I should be able to take one from the "Microsoft Access 2000:
Building Applications...." section (at first look, the first MS one) and
quickly run through it making a couple of changes (nothing about
subforms?????)

Thanks a lot. A nice resource.

Thanks.

Really??
Darn, I will double check them all for the next revision.
Thanks for letting me know.

You're welcome, I hope you find them useful.
Thanks for the feedback.
And my own personal thanks to Lynn for hosting the list.
