Training CD

General Questions:
I am using Powerpoint to create training CDs. I will send
CDs to customers where they will run the CD in conjuntion
with a training manual (hardcopy). I have the presentation
set to advance only with mouse clicks and have set up
jumps to get back and forth to different sections. I will
include power point player and all linked files in the CD.
As I am new to powerpoint (last training done with
Camtasia) does this sound like the best way to do it and
are a lot of people using Powerpoint for this purpose?

Also consider Microsoft Producer 2003, a free 46 MB download from Microsoft.
It supplements PP by allowing you to add video, sound, and other multimedia.
The result is like a training video (I think.)
