Can Tracks Eraser be disabled? My Audit department want
to be able to audit PC's for disciplinery reasons

In its current version, Microsoft AntiSpyware is not totally suitable for
use in a corporate environment, or in a domain. You might have problems
apart from tracks erasing.

I suspect this is not what you meant, but:

Your audit department should have a problem with using beta code on
production equipment.

I suspect you really meant "When this product is released, will this feature
be able to be controlled by group policy."

I would expect that to be the case, but you may need to be running the
corporate version, which will not be free of charge. Additionally, although
Microsoft have committed to creating such a version, and given some sparse
details about it, there's no timeline available about when it will be
available, nor what the cost will be.
