Tracking files and folders

I was wondering if there is a way to track files and folders moved by a user.
Basically, I would like to know which user has moved files and or folders.
Is there a log or a place that keeps track of these things?

Can you be more specific? For example, are you just trying to gather
information for a specific directory. Are you wanting to monitor only
one user? Is this a temporary monitor solution or something you will
always want to have running?

You can enable (off be default) auditing and set it up to monitor a
directory or drive. Its information can be overwhelming if you monitor
to much. That information will not directly show you that a file was
moved from here to there, but rather this file was
deleted/created/accessed.
