Ok, I'll explain it to you. My use of the phrase "on the rag" in the
little quip earlier in the thread was a pun; a play on words based on
the different meanings the word "rag" could have to different people
when used in such a phrase. So when the time comes around for Duane to
do some ragging, it could be said that he is "on the rag". Even more
appropriate if it's a monthly cycle ;)
