tracking changes--accepting or rejecting and moving to next

In track changes, why is it not possible to accept the change and move to
next simply by clicking one time. As far as I can tell, the only way to do it
is to click on Accept, click on Accept Change and Move to Next. Two clicks
when there could be just one. And then you have to do it over and over again
and WAIT every time you click on Accept for the window to open up so you can
click on Accept Change and Move to Next.

If you right-click on the "Accept Change and Move to Next" command, you
can choose to add it to your Quick Access Toolbar, and then it's one
click like you want.
