tracert/ping not working

Last week I was having some trouble with a site, so I decided to ping it and
I quickly realized ping wasn't working, so I tried tracert which also did
not work. I quickly learned that neither work for any address. The tracert
stops after the first hop and I get a destination unreachable. Also with
ping, destination unreachable. Everything works fine, IE, Outlook, Online
gaming.... I'll paste my results here if that helps. Thanks in advance.

(10.37.54.97 is my gateway adress)

I pinged the site

they all timed out.
Ping is working, the site is not available.
If you know the people call them or email them.
