TOR software needs direct connection

Hi all,
My net connection is through another computer on the same Lan (Http
connection, not Socks), not through the main server. A Proxy software
(FreeProxy) has been installed on that computer to provide net connection
sharing to me.

Now I wish to use `TOR' to have anonymous surfing but it is not working. Tor
require a direct connection I suppose, which I could not provide. What is
the solution?

Buy a router, then you can connect both machines directly to the
internet...besides, a router is much better than ICS as you don't have to
have both machines on to connect from the remote one...
