Tools - Internet Options

This options window has changed as I now have nowhere to
delete cookies or clear the history. I cant remember the
name of the tab which these options were under but it is
no longer there, but i have no idea why. There are a
couple of other tabs which have disappeared as well. The
only remaining tabs are 'Security, Privacy, Content,
Connections, Advanced'. Can anyone help?
