Toolbox suddenly empty ?!

All of a sudden, when I launch VS.NET 2005 my Toolbox comes up empty --
no controls!

The message on the pane is

"There are no usable controls in this group. Drag an item onto this
text to add it to the toolbox."!

How can I restore my toolbox???
