Toolbars and menus gone from MS Word 2000. With no toolbar to ri.

All toolbars and menus have been removed from MS Word 2000 on my computer.
Since there is not tookbar, I cannot right-click to get the toolbar sub menu.
How can I restore the toolbars and menus?
