I don't know what happened, but my toolbar in the Wondows
startup menu just moved to the side of my screen going
vertically. I was wondering how to get it back to it's
original view.

Hi,

Right click a blank section of the tool bar and then ensure that there is no
charkmark next to the option "Lock the toolbar".
Then using your left mouse button, drag and drop the tool bar back to the
side of the screen that you want it which I presume is the bottom part of
your screen being horizontal rather then it being vertical.

Once you drag it back to the bottom of your screen you might want to choose
the Lock the Toolbar option so that you won't accidently move the toolbar
back to the side again.
