I am going thru a tutorial and am very frustrated because i cannot find the
"quick access" tool bar, nonetheless the right end of it to click "more
commands."

Also, on Office Outlook, it tells me to click on the "Microsoft Office
Button" and then in that menu in "Office" to select "Editor options."

Please help. I really want to learn this program.

Open any individual Outlook item, other than a sticky note. The QAT is at the top of the window, to the left of the title bar.

The Office button is the big button at the upper-left of an open item. You can also "press" it by pressing Alt+F. Editor Options is at lower-right of the menu that pops up.

TIP: Next time, specify that you are using Outlook 2007. We had to guess. Not hard in this case, but sometimes the differences between versions are much more subtle.
