Tool bar on my desk top

I accidently clicked on something and my tool bar which is usually on the
bottom of my screen is now at the top, can anyone help me put it back on the
bottom again. I've tried everying but have not been successful.

Ensure first that it is unlocked. Now place the mouse cursor on a clear part
of it and DRAG it back to the base of your screen..

Thanks Mike, it was locked that's why I could'nt drag it back to the base of
the screen.
