too many recipients

I have a contact group with 41 people on it to update family/friends about a
family members health status. I get an error message saying "too many
recieients". If I take one person off, the email will go. Can I change the
limit on # of recipients so that I don't have to do this? Could not find a
place to change this setting / limit.

I may be mistaken, but I do not think this is a mail issue.
Some ISPs set similar limits to help stop spammers.
Unfortunately that done not recognize legitimate mail.
Ask your ISP if they do it and if they can make an exception.

This is an issue with your mail provider, not Windows or Windows Mail.
