Too many IE 6.0 problems since Update - need to revert

There are far too many IE 6.0 problems since this latest security updates,
MS03-048 to MS03-051

Basically,

a) Lost of BASIC authentication creditials,
b) and automatic usage of last basic authentications when closing and
restarting IE.

all centering around, it seems, around caching problems. The automatic
relogin after closing the browser simply blew me away!

I never had to do this before (terrible update!), but I would like to remove
these patches.

I want to begin by removing the IE specific updates, starting with MS03-048
which is KB824145. However, I don't see this specific patch in Add/Remove
Programs.

Should it be available in the Add/Remove programs?

If not, what do you recommend to try to revert my previous version of IE,
short of reinstalling IE?

Thanks

Did you find a solution for this, I've got the same
problem on 2 PC's. And nothing works to get it right.

No sorry, I have not. Still feeling/looking for my all options.

I don't like what's going on. Its worst than ever.

Control Panel | Add\Remove Programs
On my machine it's listed as
Internet Explorer Q 824145
