TODO: not showing up in Task List

From what I read, when I type in a comment anywhere such as:

' TODO: finish this

That's supposed to show up in the Task List.

However, it doesn't.

What am I missing? Is there something I must set?

It says:
Task List - 0 User Definied tasks shown (filtered)
and it's blank, even though I have a TODO commented in the solution.

VS2003, VB.Net

Oh, there it is...I thought the filtering had something to do with it.

I right clicked on the title bar, which revealed nothing useful.

Right clicking *within* the task area did it. NOW I see them.
