To set up logon hours in user accounts

I want know how can i set up the logon hours in the user account, in the computer management in windows XP, to block the user access to the computer to the time that is configured to user don't have access. There is a form to do this configuration, or is necessary to get a Third software to implement this configuration, if yes, What software?

If you only want to restrict when a user can log on to the
system, take a look at this web page:

If you want to force a logoff/shutdown when the time is up,
you will need 3rd party software for this, e.g. the program
"1st Security Center" is able to do that:

The application in the link below is a lot more limited, but it can
e.g. force a logoff/shutdown at a set time or after a time duration
