update even after i have downloaded and installed it, so i

You don't need to disable Internet Explorer; you need to clean up your
computer. What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a
version not earlier than 2002 and using updated virus definitions)
show?

explorer will always show running, as it's an intregal
part of the operating system, do not cancel it, you will
only reboot the pc. Bad Idea! and it won't solve your
problem.

Sacn your system for virus/spyware/malware using
hijackthis adaware and spyware blaster.

always get the updates before scanning your system, to
ensure your up to date.

You cannot delete Internet Explorer. It is part of the operating system.
You can decide not to use it. You say you have NAV and good spyware
removal tools so I assume you are 100% sure your computer is clean.
However, Internet Explorer should not be running unless you have called
it. There must be some other program/process that has called it if you
did not. Therefore, you need to find out what that program/process is
and deal with it. "iexploxe.exe" is not the executable for Internet
Explorer; iexplore.exe is.
