Title in a group header

In Access 2003 report, the users are sorted by alphabetical order in the
field [LastName].

I would like to add a title in the group header. For each group
sorted according to the first letter of the name. Examples: "Group A",
"Group B "," Group C ", etc.

This report is based on a query with the field AlphabeticalOrder:
Left(FirstName];1)
