title bar "microsoft internet explorer provided by $#@$*&^%. and other profanity.

My title bar (the very top bar with the minimize, close, and restore
function) has been changed to say Microsoft Internet explorer provided by
&*%!#&% (actually bad words) How do I change this so it doesn't cause
anymore discussions between my kids?

Hi Adam,

Click Start | Run | and type the following command:
"Rundll32 IedkCS32.dll, BrandCleanInstallStubs"

Also, download Ad-Aware [www.lavasoftusa.com] and eliminate malware from the PC.

go into the registry by typing "regedit" on the run menu.
.
go into HKEY_CURRENT USER

SOFTWARE
MICROSOFT
INTERNET EXPLORER
MAIN
scroll down to window title and and right click and
choose "modify"
change what it says and exit. that will save the new words
