tip of the day

Hi,
I brought up the tip of the day from the help menu. It
appeared as usual at the bottom of the page. I can't get
rid of it! No matter what I try, including right
clicking, "X" out. When I try to close it my computer
freezes up. So, here I am with a tip of the day at the
bottom of my screen no matter what program I'm using.
This is very irritating plus it uses up valuable screen
space. Any help appreciated. Thanks,

Have you tried going back to the help tab and remove the check?
