time zone problem ....

If you have a better suggestion for which communityu this belongs to let me
know?! When I'm dual-screening, withthe secondary screen to the left I get a
crazy little dialog box pop up.

Maybe it's lazy programming? The position of this is probably hardcoded, for
example:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Photo Editor\3.0
\Microsoft Photo Editor

Check out the key 'InitialPosition', the third and fourth figures here are
the ocation on your screen where this application will be launched - X and
Y respectively. So for example mine are 1023 and 733 - so my Photo Editor on
my laptop will appear here:

0 1023
-------------------------->
|
|
|
|
733 <app>

Now to hide the dialog box what the programmer has probably done is hardcode
negative X and Y coordinates to basically hide it. It's pretty common
practice to be honest but in this instance he hasn't used very large
figures. It just so happens that because of my display configuration it's
viewable.

Or I might be talking rubbish! Either way it's there and need sorting out!
When you close it it kills the system tray icon, however the process can
still be found in task manager - really not great!

I love the little app tho so please sort out my fickle
complaints :D
