Time Zone Problem

I synchronize my Ipaq with Outlook (XP 2002). I live in The Netherlands, but
was in the US for 9 months. Assuming that the thing to do was to change the
timezone on the Ipaq, I did so and synchronized it with a new laptop,
purchased there. Upon returning to The Netherlands, I changed the time zone
on the laptop and synchronized it with my desktop. All of my holidays,
birthdays and any appointments I entered while in the USA are now stretched
over two days in Outlook (though not on the Ipaq).

I have since learned that changing the time zone on the Ipaq is not the way
to go, it is best simply to change the clock.
However, I still have the problem that Outlook's Calendar on my desktop is
all messed up. How do I fix this?

Sort your Calendar By Category so that you can easily remove all the
Holidays. Then add the Holidays again through Tools-> Options-> Calendar
Options...

Okay, that solves the Holidays problem, however all my recurring appointments
and all my birthdays are still wrong.
