Time Synchronization

I try to synchronize my clock on both of my computers on my LAN and neither computer works. When I synchronize with time.windows.com: "An error occurred while Windows was synchronizing with time.windows.com. The time sample was rejected because: The peer's stratum is less than the host's stratum."

FWIW I've been seeing this problem a number of times in various Newsgroups
today so I doubt it's you.

Exact same error for everybody, no solutions or answers that I've seen so
far.

I had that same problem, so I added a new address to get the time

time-a.nist.gov

It seems to work on that one. I also use the trial version of "Atom
Time" which seems to work faster than the Windows version does.
