Time Service

According to Article ID 216734 you can configure the Windows Time Service
with the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters
yet when I run regedit I don't have the ReliableTimeSource entry.
Should I create a new key or why is it missing?
