In the Windows clock settings and in the Outlook Calendar settings.

Hello Mark,

First thanks Brian to his help on this issue. Mark, have you got a chance
to try his suggestion?

For the detailed steps to check the "daylight saving time" setting, please
refer to the following steps:

For Time Zone in Windows Clock
=====================

1. Double click the Windows clock on the system tray to open the Date and
Time Properties dialog box
2. On Time Zone tab, check the 'Automatically adjust clock for daylight
saving changes' setting

For Time Zone in Outlook
=====================

1. Start Outlook 2003, and then click Tools > Options
2. On Preferences tab, under Calendar, click Calendar Options button
3. In Calendar Options dialog box, click Time Zone button
4. Then check the 'Adjust for daylight saving time' setting

Hope this helps.

If anything is unclear or you need further assistance, please feel free to
let us know. We are glad to be of assistance.

Regards,

Ada Pan
