Time of my messages is not the time of my computer

I have Windows Vista Pro and Office Pro 2007
When I use my Outlook the time of my messages is different of the real time
that shows my computer How can I fix the time of my Outlook messages?

Outlook gets the time from the computer. Incoming messages may show the time
of the mail server.
