I have a field in my database called TOTAL TIME this field is the amount of
hours and minutes it take to do a given task, I have 2 other field that are
START TIME and FINISH TIME (these fields are formatted as date/time ie,
11/14/2006 15:21), in my EXCEL sheets all I do is subtract FINISH from START
and get the total hours (sometimes the hours exceed 60 plus, my TOTAL TIME
Excel cell is formated as [h]:mm and I get total hours reguardless if we go
past 24. We are getting over a hundred of these TOTAL TIME cells for several
different areas, EXCEL is becoming cumbersom in tracking all of the time and
we are looking at changing to ACCESS for our records. I can not seem to find
a way to figure this time frame.
