Thunk32 Problems

I have just installed something called WebEq

This is an equalizer program released by Blazeaudio.com

When i try to run webeq.exe i get the message "The procedure entry
point ThunkConnect32 could not be located in the dynamic link library
KERNEL32.dll"

I have never seen this message before.

I am running windows xp pro with service pack 2

Anyone got any suggestions?
