Hello everyone. I have a seemingly simple question. i have
a user that accesses alot of image files. they want to be
able to see the thumbnail previews when exploring folders.
no matter what i do i can't get it to display the
thumbnails. when i switch to thumbnail view it just shows
the icon of the program i selected to open it with. i
changed that program several times from ie, to paint, to
photoshop. nothing seems to work. these are bmp and jpg
files. i tried the same thing on an identical machine and
there is no problem. any help would be appreciate.
