Thumbnail Blue Screen Crash

We cannot view non-BMP images in thumbnail view without
our system crashing. Some time the user can view the
thumbnails briefly but is they scroll the system crashes.

The blue screen reads as follows:
STOP: 0x0000001E(0xC0000005, ox80458654, 0x00000000,
0x00000034) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

We'd need to look at a dump to determine root cause for something like that.
Have there been any recently installed drivers, updates or hardware on the
machine?

All our computer (n=30) have crashed like this from the
beginning. We don't know why.

I'd be willing to guess, without other information, video card drivers.

I would agree, if its across all machines that would be the most likely
cause.
