Three Questions

E

Ed

First question, Is there a way to have my personal (The folders I added that
is) display like they display in Outlook Express/Windows Mail. They are all
down below the default folders. In OL they all integrate in an Alphabetical
order.
Second, What I want to do is use one profile of Outlook, I have a laptop
that I can take to and from my office, as of now I close out my Exchange
profile and open my personal one, and back and forth, two profiles, two
emails, two calendars/tasks/contacts and so on. Can I set up my personal
email (POP3) to be in the same profile as my exchange email so I only have to
have one profile and not two? If so.
Third question, HOW LOL
any help would be great, I have done searches and am willing to do the
search myself if you have the "right" key words, evidently I do not.

Thanks ahead of Time.

Diane,
Thanks, now the question is, once I add the other account and I set up a
personal Folder in the same profile, how do I make the emails go to the
correct inbox? Or is the case that if I receive the email from my POP account
and it goes to the same inbox as my exchange folder, does that not make it
then be on the exchange server until I move it?
I.E. - Pop Mail is received through the proper account, email message goes
to the default inbox (Default being the MS Exchange). The new email is now on
the exchange server just as if I was to save it to a folder that I created
under the exchange view.
Am I correct on that?

I have figured out by trail and error that I was correct. I did find where to
change the delivery folder under settings. Now is there a way to do the same
thing with the "sent" messages so they are seperate from my work and personal
emails? Would I have to use, "Rules?"
