I have had the Transponder.A attach to my computer
everytime I log onto the internet.
I have run Spyware and it finds it and deletes it, but it
reattaches the next time I log onto the internet.
Does anyone know how to delete this permanently?

Have you done full, deep scans with both Microsoft Antispyware, and your
updated antivirus application, while your machine is started in safe mode?
