"This server's clock is not synchronized with the primary
domain controller's clock"

I receive this error when attempting to join win2k
machine to win2k domain controller.
How do I synch up the clocks?
When I type "net time" I receive error message "System
error 5 has occurred"

This is a internal Intranet with no Internet access.
Any ideas appreciated

The account you use when doing NET TIME requires the "User Right" to change
System time.
