It's called HDD Regenerator. Claims it will fix - not mark as bad, but
fix - bad sectors on about 60% of hard drives, so that the data can be
recovered.

Anyone have any experience with it?

I have experience with recovering such bad sectors from drives - it's
something that you can do yourself by overwriting the bad sector. From
what I can see, the product ignores the file system and won't unmark
the affected sector - you may still have to find a way around that.

However, if you have a drive that's showing bad blocks, it's almost
time to replace the drive whether or not the blocks are repaired.
