This action could not be completed. The name could not be matched to a name in the address list

Server:windows 2003 SBS with exchange server running.
client:winxp,outlook 2003

I add an exchange account on server,
and when configure outlook 2003 account then after inputed
server name,then input account name,
then press "check name"button,it shows
above error message.

I can ping server name.
and if I input the other account name ,it check ok.

Someone have the same problem?
I used google to search many those same problem,
but no good answer.

Triple check that the account exists and that you have correctly spelled
the name. Also it can sometimes take a short while before the recipients
update service adds the new user to your address list. Try it again and
by now perhaps it will work.

i have the same problem i can't figure out the solution owa works fine i can
telnet to the exchange server no problem everything seems okey except when i
try to add new user to exchange i get the same error. if you found the answer
please let me know
