This 1 should be easy. Formula to Assign a value from a series of cells

I am trying to find the formula that allows me to search
compare Column "C" against Column "A". The formula will
return the appropriate interest rate from Column "B". Ex.
the first Term of 5 in Column "C" should be 2.23%.

Won't a simple VLOOKUP (look in HELP index) do it?

=VLOOKUP(C1,$A$1:$B$20;2;0)
and copy down
