There isn't enough memory to perform this operation

What can I do when I get the message there isn't enough memory to perform
this operation when I use the Find/Replace key to find a particular word in
my Access Database form. I get to a certain record and then the above
message pops up and I cannot search any further.

Use a Query instead.

A query would work if there was only one field to search for. However, what
if someone wanted to search for a company name and someone else needed to
search by date, you would have to run several queries. The people that are
using this database do not know how to set up their own queries so it is
easier just to use the find button on the toolbar where they can search for
several items. Thank you for responding.

There's a pretty powerful Query By Form tool which lets you search by
any field (or combination of fields) in the form; it's less likely to
have this memory error than the binocs, at least in my experience.
