There is no "new blak record" to put the data in my form! HELP PLE

Hi I have splited database to be backend and front end for 6 months and it 's
working fine until today. I got 1 Form "PSR Form" that links 5 tables
together; PO, Clients, Projects, Vendors, and Locations. When I want to put
the new po today in PSR Form, there is no "new blak record" for me. I don't
know what cause with that.
So now I cann't put any new job in my database system at all. Please help me
ASAP, I would appreciate it

What do you mean by "links 5 tables"?
Are you using a query as this form's record source.
Some queries are not updateable.
