There is no communications folder under Accessories

I have Windows XP installed at work and want to initialize remote desktop.
But when I go to start/programs/accessories,

I can't see the communications folder or remote desktop. If I try to
download and install remote desktop it says I have it already installed...

Where would this be ?

great but why wouldn't there be a communications folder under

I don't know. Perhaps someone deleted it. It just contains shortcuts.
