Start by making sure you have your FP web/Site open in FP
Then open the page and apply the theme using Format Theme
- and publish your site
(the FP SE are not required for themes)

|I created a new page from within frontpage and then added the theme to the
| entire page. Could it be that the fp extensions on the server need to be
| reset or is there somewhere that I need to tell fp to load the theme?
